Your bespoke Pilates experience. We create a programme unique for your body, needs and goals across all the Pilates equipment including cadillac, ladder barrel, chair, spine corrector and mat. In each session you'll be doing your own movement, alongside only three others (who are also doing their own programme). Our expert teachers guide you.
The Full Pilates Studio Method
Practicing across the full equipment gives you the best opportunity to explore movement in all ranges of motion, and deepens your knowledge and understanding of the method. There are few studios that provide this — our goal at Beam is to give clients the chance to choose studio as a workout option, whether they have an injury or not. It's perfect for rehabilitation, but it's also fantastic as a full-body workout.
To experience studio to the fullest, we require each client to undertake an initial consultation so we can assess your needs today, understand your movement history and plan your goals. Our studio sessions are intentionally small, so we can assist each client through their programme.

Private 1:1
Pilates private sessions include the full equipment. With each session we progress, challenge or regress your movement needs as required. This option is perfect for rehabilitation, recovery and injury, or for those who prefer a calm, quiet movement experience completely bespoke to their needs.
Group Studio Sessions
For those happy to work through a sequence of their programme with the assistance of a teacher. Classes are small — a maximum of four clients — so the apparatus stays accessible. A more affordable option than a private 1:1, and ideal for those who want to experience the full repertoire at a time that works around their schedule.
